Knitted Scarf "Stairs" Pattern

This pattern is for our "Treppe" (Stairs) knitted scarf. It can be knitted with our 3-ply or 4-ply yarn cake in any size.

We knitted the example with the yarn cake "Charisma".

Required knowledge:

• knit stitch
• purl stitch
• make one left (M1L)
• knit through the back loop (k-tbl)
• slip stitch and hold it in front of or behind the work

The pattern consists of repeating rows that can be worked until the desired size is reached.

For the example shown, we used a 4-ply yarn cake with 1,250 m (approx. 1,367 yds) yardage and 3.0 mm needles.
This results in a scarf that is approximately 1.70 m (approx. 67 inches) wide along the long edge.

The pattern is in chart form. The individual rows are not written out in text.
However, all symbols in the knitting chart are explained.
